The cleanliness was perfect. the hotel included comfortable rooms. the pool offered a relaxing experience. I found the water temperature perfect. i also benefited from daily guest relations contact. the hotel provides unlimited free bottled water, which i found convenient.
i felt the beach nearby had too many people learning to surf.

The breakfast included a great variety. a pot of hot water with teabags was provided at breakfast, a nice touch. i enjoyed the food quality and the extensive selection. It was consistently excellent.

the staff was professional, helpful and friendly. guest relations checked in daily to ensure everything met my needs. i found staff members reacted to requests quickly. the staff helped find an available sunbed or provided bar drinks and snacks.

chaotic reception area diluted experience
the room was clean the bed was comfortable
i found a wedding function booked on my check-in day the reception area was chaotic the welcome experience was diluted the area was noisy i was really disappointed there was no consideration for other guests staying at the hotel

Amazing Ocean Views and Great Buffets

I loved that this hotel infrastructure stands directly at the beach. This was very good for my surf vacation. The morning buffet had nice indian, sri lankan, and western food options. I did not eat the same thing every day. My ocean view room was amazing on the 8th floor. The beds were super amazing and comfortable there.
The poolside bar charged over 8000 rps for four small carlsberg beers. It felt overpriced.

The room offered a king bed with great ocean view from the 8th floor. Lighting was superb in the room and the design feels modern. Rooms were very clean and comfy.

Two swimming pools are available with convenient beach access. The gym has modern equipment for any training. The hotel include ping pong, foosball, and a pool table downstairs in the game room.

The hotel provides excellent half-board service with great buffet choices. The buffet includes Indian, Sri Lankan, and Western dishes every morning. The service from all team members were excellent.

The hotel location is perfect, with the beach steps away. Surfing lessons are offered at a good price directly out front. Several bar and restaurants and pop-up restaurants with fresh catch are down the street.

Staff generally were very courteous, helpful and cute, and attended to all needs. I had a tour of the hotel when i arrived. I also received personal attention with little details .
